Position Overview: The Senior Leasing Documentation Administrator creates and oversees the contracts necessary to create a lease between Merrimak and our customers. The administrator will issue equipment orders, prepare Schedules and Acceptance Certificates covering such equipment and will coordinate with customers to sign documents. The administrator will prepare loan documents and work with our lending partners to fund the lease. Candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, and preferably have experience with an equipment leasing company or financial institution.
Essential Duties:
Prepare, review, and issue equipment orders to vendors.
Prepare and review lease documents between Merrimak and customers.
Manage delivery times for the ordered equipment.
Share timing of equipment delivery with customers.
Ensure all lease documents are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
File and maintain accurate records of current and past leases.
Respond promptly and accurately to customers’ inquiries via phone and email.
Communicate clearly and concisely with the Merrimak team.
Work with the End of Lease and other departments to ensure accurate information.
Review and interact with our online Salesforce.com platform, ensuring documentation data is accurate and consistent.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Experience creating contracts and documents related to titled and non-titled equipment, for an equipment leasing company or financial institution.
BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field, or combined experience with education.
Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealings with financial service customers and data.
Highly proficient in learning and utilizing multiple complex technical applications at the same time.
Strong Excel skills.
Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial concepts such as Present Value, Future Value, Time Value of Money, and others and ability to apply them effectively in Lease Documentation.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
5+ years of experience within the equipment leasing industry. Property management leasing is not necessarily an applicable background for this role. Certain types of complex real estate contract experience may be relevant.

Be a quick learner, result-oriented, organized and highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
