Leasing Documentation Administrator
Position Overview The Leasing Documentation Administrator creates and oversees the contracts that are used specifically for asset-based lending and equipment financing lease documentation. This role will coordinate with our partners throughout the timeline of the agreement to funding. Candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, and preferably have a financial institution background. Essential Duties: Prepare and review standard contractual lease documents between Merrimak and customers. Prepare, review, and send purchase orders to vendors for customers' equipment orders and delivery.
