Position Overview:The Lease Documentation Manager is responsible for managing the documentation process for asset-based lending and equipment financing lease transactions. This role will require an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of asset-based lending and equipment financing lease documentation. Essential Duties: Manage the documentation process for asset-based lending and equipment financing lease transactions. Review and analyze documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of documentation. Develop and maintain documentation templates and pr
