Works with: Collections team, Accounting Department, Tozour Management Team, customers, vendors and other internal personnel as needed.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or similar hours.
Job Purpose: Will be a contributing member of the Credit and Collections team at Tozour Energy Systems with a focus on minimizing risk, maximizing cash flow and reducing DSO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General credit and collection duties include:
Organize and conduct all credit and collection activities, including but not limited to, collection calls, credit review, customer set-up, account reconciliation, and outsourcing to a third party for collections/legal.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures regarding billing, collections, credit cards, inquiries and check cashing.
Work to resolve accounts receivable and billing issues and disputes using established internal and external relationships. Use negotiation skills when necessary.
Understand lien and bond laws and apply as necessary.
Complete paperwork including lien waivers, payment vouchers, and information requests as required for individual account management.
Learn customer portal requirements. Resolve portal issues as they present themselves.
Provide reports and feedback to supervisors as requested and/or required.
Payment terms review with full understanding of construction billing, including retainage, pay when paid and the flow of cash through the contract chain.
Arrange and participate in weekly and monthly meetings as required, including a monthly AR review with the President/CFO and business segment AR reviews.
Other responsibilities as required.

Must have a strong desire to succeed and grow within the department.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business required (or equivalent corporate work experience). 5-10 years commercial credit / collection experience is preferred. Supervisory experience a plus.
Work Environment: Able to commute reliably to office base in King of Prussia. Able to work extended hours on occasion when required.
