We’re hiring an experienced professional to help us create a small ticket leasing capability to augment our existing mid-ticket equipment financing business. We’ll need you to work with:
Sentry Management, IT and Accounting to establish the IT systems and infrastructure required to execute and administer Sentry’s small ticket equipment finance business.
Sentry’s manufacturers and vendors to interface with their sales and ordering processes.
Sentry’s capital markets partners to automate the application, credit review, new account set up, and servicing process.
Sentry’s management to provide excellent customer service at all points of customer contact, internally and externally.
Sentry’s team in regularly scheduled small ticket meetings to establish strategic objectives and initiatives, communicate/share ideas and issues, propose new policies & procedures, and report on progress.
You'll be involved in:
Developing, implementing and managing Sentry’s small ticket lease operations, which will include:
working with Sentry’s Accounting and IT departments to interface with existing systems (Salesforce, Aspire, QuickBooks); and
identifying and deploying additional small ticket systems and IT Infrastructure to seamlessly interface with Sentry’s equipment vendors and capital markets partners to deliver a “frictionless” customer experience.
You’ll report to Sentry’s Chief Operating Officer, but will work closely with Sentry’s Chief Information Officer and other members of the senior management team.
Salary: $100,000 (or more depending on experience) annually with bonus potential; and

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or an analogous area (an MBA, JD, CLFP, CFA, CPA or equivalent degree and/or certification is preferred) and have at least five years’ experience in implementing and/or operating small ticket financing systems, preferably that utilize Big Data, Smart Contracts, e-signature, machine learning and other leading-edge technologies. You will need to be conversant in relationships with manufacturers and vendors, and also need to have:
a working knowledge of leasing, credit and commercial finance products;
strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
an ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
a strong knowledge and skills using CRM, operating and accounting software (e.g., Salesforce, Aspire, QuickBooks);
Excellent time management skills and a detail orientation;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
